Fotografia Psicosomatica - Essere Vista

This is a path in which I will guide you to connect with your authentic parts, inviting your body to express itself. The path includes a minimum of three sessions. Below, I suggest some thematic areas we can explore together. It is essential to go through at least an initial exploration phase, the shooting session, and a final phase of reflection and integration.

The paths I offer are tailor-made and should be adapted according to each person’s level of awareness and body knowledge. I take great care in choosing the most suitable path for everyone. The time needed will vary for each individual.

Individual path

  • The first introductory meeting is free and will be held online. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and you can ask me anything you wish. Together, we will identify the themes to explore through artistic means and what motivates you to engage in self-exploration. During this session, we will determine the most suitable path for you based on your personal needs and your experience with body-based practices.

  • The first session will be held online and includes an initial approach to imagery and body work. It is designed to awaken your expressive language and allow the images you wish to convey to emerge through your body.

  • The second session will take place in the studio and includes the shooting. This is not a typical photoshoot; we will work together on conscious movement and on your relationship with being seen. Here, we capture the unconscious images of the body. I have several suggested themes we can explore, but the possibilities are virtually endless!

    Possible themes include:

    • Vulnerability and defenses

    • My body

    • Masculine/feminine

    • Exploring emotions

    • My inner characters

  • The third session, in the case of the individual path, will be held online (the relational path offers the opportunity to meet again in the studio for further body work). This phase allows you to see yourself again and notice more than what you usually perceive about yourself. We step into the mirror and begin to inhabit it. It is a moment of reclaiming, where dialogue with the images takes place and manipulation occurs through various artistic techniques.

“I felt better than when I arrived. I felt a little freer, a little released. I had the sense that I had let something go, as if I had handed over something—a secret that nonetheless wanted to be seen, to be brought into the sunlight. I experienced a positive, vital sensation of liberation. I felt a sense of well-being and lightness, as if I had given myself permission to be a little more than I usually allow myself to be. I experienced it as support to come a bit into the light.”

“I feel like I’m on another planet right now; it feels as if you’ve opened some of my chakras. This worked more than the therapy I’m currently doing. The first thing that comes to mind is the complete disappearance of shame the moment I faced the camera lens. I forgot I was naked. Making a neutral state of mind real is complicated. The domopak allowed me to experience the sensation of not seeing with open eyes, and tearing it off to actually see was like a sensory reactivation.”
