ARMATURA DA (A)MARE

[Body Performance, 20 minutes]

Berlin, Saloon Am Moritzplatz

2024

How heavy is the armor? How well do we know it, and how well can we handle it? In this performance, we witness the process of discovering the armor and its transformation into a fluid, manageable element. The work presents itself as a bodily and sonic exploration of the material, investigating its surface characteristics and arriving at the potential that defenses can have if handled—and, above all, understood. The audience is actively involved in the transformation through a blindfolded experience.

This armor carries the taste of the sea.
